A mother of four, Stephanie offers complete prenatal preparation, birth doula and lactation consultant services, as well as education for volunteer breastfeeding support mothers, fellow health professionals and expectant parents.

Our philosophy is Mother Friendly maternity care, a Baby Friendly society and a child and parent friendly world. We advocate values such as non-interventive birth; respect for the normal physiological processes of labour, birth and breastfeeding; breastfeeding and attachment parenting. We support the WHO/UNICEF International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes. This site is one of few fully bilingual, Canadian websites where you will find up-to-date, accurate and evidence-based information on various aspects of perinatality.
